TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Customers can make spot purchases of any goods from ready stock by full cash payment. 2) No credit facilities are allowed. 3) Previous price list is discontinued. 4).In case of payment by cheque goods will be delivered after the clearance of Cheque. 5) Stock position is subject to change without notice. 6). Goods once sold/delivered will not be taken back or exchanged against any other item. 7) 10% latitude each for cracks and broken edges in favor of the manufacturers excepting in case of Hollow Products in which case 15% latitude for these items will be allowed. 8) VAT (Value Added Tax) on bricks or blocks and other structural clay products will be charged over and above the ex-factory price as per government orders from time to time ON OUR LISTED PRICE OR TARIFF VALUES PREVAILING AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. 9) All Government taxes including VAT will be charged to the customer or debited to their accounts at actual prevailing at time of the delivery of goods. 10) The management reserves the right to alter or discontinue this price list at any point of time. 11) This PRICE LIST as indicated above will be effective from 1st April, 2009.
